Przemiła właścicielka, duży parking.Przestronne mieszkanie i bardzo dobrze działającą klimatyzacja.Super lokalizacja.Do centrum miasta 10min spacerkiem bez problemu z dziecięcym wózkiem ( nie ma schodek, prosta droga). Kilka plaż w pobliżu,nie ma potrzeby używania samochodu.Do bardzo dobrych restauracji lub barów 5min pieszo.Sklep tuż za rogiem. Super miejsce godne polecenia
