Az apartman egy újépítésű 10 lakásos társasház földszintjén található. Minden szinte teljesen új az apartmanban, modern berendezéssel. Tiszta, mindennel felszerelt lakás. Minden szobában található klíma, a konyhában minden rendelkezésre áll (mikró,vízforraló,kávéfőző,edények). Parkolóhely közvetlenül az apartman előtt. Kis terasz, kényelmes ülőgarnitúrával. Közelben található több pékség, élelmiszerüzlet. Óváros kb. 8 perc kényelmes séta. Strand több irányban, de max.10 perc sétával elérhető.
